chopped )&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;method :&lt;br /&gt;hangat kan shery vinegar dan gula dan orange juice.&lt;br /&gt;masukan wortel dan didihkan sambil di tutup sampai wortelnya matang dan lunak.&lt;br /&gt;angkat wortel dan sisihkan&lt;br /&gt;tetap panaskan sausnya hingga agak kental&lt;br /&gt;campurkan dengan wortel dan garnish dengan parsley&lt;div rajang), ok??&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;bawang merah/ shallot 5 pcs&lt;br /&gt;bawang putih/ garlic 2 pcs&lt;br /&gt;cabe merah/ red chilli 3 pcs&lt;br /&gt;cabe hijau/ green chilli 5 pcs&lt;br /&gt;kunyit bubuk/ turmeric powder 2 teaspoon&lt;br /&gt;garam/ salt secukupnya/ to taste&lt;br /&gt;merica/ peper secukupnya/ to taste&lt;br /&gt;nasi putih/ cooked rice 3 mangkuk/ bowls&lt;br /&gt;daging kambing/ lamb 100 gr ( potong dadu/ cube )&lt;br /&gt;mentega/ butter 1 tablespoon&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;method :&lt;br /&gt;1. panaskan minyak dan masukkan bawang merah, bawang putih dan cabe, masak sebentar dan kecilkan api.&lt;br /&gt;2.tambahkan daging kambing aduk-aduk terus hingga 3/4 matang&lt;br /&gt;3.masukkan kunyit bubuk, aduk hingga rata kurang lebih 1 menit&lt;br /&gt;4.masukkan nasi putih dan aduk hingga benar-benar rata&lt;br /&gt;5.beri garam dan merica, dan aduk-aduk lagi sampe benar-benar
